Job summary

St. Francis Medical Center in Los Angeles seeks a Cardiac Cath Lab/Angio IR Registered Nurse to deliver safe, high-quality direct patient care for adults and geriatrics in the Cath Lab and Angio/IR suites.

The role requires an active RN license, BCLS, ACLS on hire, and preferred Neuro/Stroke experience with NIHSS certification within 1 month. The position offers days shifts and full-time status at a leading comprehensive hospital.

Qualifications

• Active state RN license; required.
• BCLS and ACLS certificates upon hire and maintained; required.
• One year acute care or critical care experience preferred;
• Neuro/Stroke experience preferred; NIHSS certification within 1 month

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high quality direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients in the Cardiac Cath Lab/Angio IR suites.
• Assist Cardiologist, Radiologist, and Interventional Neurologist within the scope of practice.
• Maintain equipment and ensure procedure room readiness; provide moderate sedation as ordered.
• Monitor physiologic and hemodynamic data during diagnostic/therapeutic procedures.
• Participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities.
