Job summary

Candidates should hold an active Florida RN license and BLS certification, with about 1 year of telemetry/specialty RN experience. On-site duties include patient prep, procedure support, and post-procedure care.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license and BLS certification.
• 1 year of RN experience in telemetry or a similar specialty.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient hemodynamic response during cardiac cath procedures and document findings.
• Monitor patient status and manage sedation and safety during procedures.
• Inserts peripheral IVs, transcribes physician orders, and adheres to safety protocols.
• Assist with groin management and radiation safety during cath lab activities.
• Document patient assessments, plan of care, and progress for each case.
• Facilitate intra- and post-procedure care, including dressing changes and post-op instructions.
