Job summary

HCA Florida Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville seeks a skilled RN for the Cath Lab Holding role. Qualifications

• ACLS certification or equivalent must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN licensed nurse with a degree in nursing (Diploma/Associate/Bachelor/Master).
• Experience in cardiac or holding area care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care for cardiac and peripheral procedural patients in the holding room and chest pain unit.
• Supervise assigned staff and collaborate with the care team to deliver nursing care per hospital policies.
• Demonstrate EKG interpretation, monitor post-procedure status, and report abnormal values to physicians.
• Accurately input ACC data and uphold patient safety and documentation standards.
