OhioHealth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Cath Lab to provide general nursing care across the health-illness continuum. The role involves collaborating with the health care team to deliver patient-centered care and participate in process improvements for quality and safety.

The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, BLS, and at least 2 years in critical care or emergency department settings, with an Ohio RN license preferred. Day shift; 40 hours per week.

Qualificações

• RN license required and BLS certification.
• 2+ years in critical care or emergency department nursing.
• Active Ohio RN license is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess/diagnose patient health status and develop care plans (as applicable to population).
• Document planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Evaluate responses to nursing interventions and revise care plans with the multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in process improvements to improve quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in performing duties as part of HRO.
