Requires Ohio RN licensure, BLS within 90 days, ACLS within 1 year, and nursing program graduation. Prior Cath Lab or critical care experience preferred. Full-time position with 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required in Ohio.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
• BLS within 90 days of hire; ACLS within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessment of patients in Cardiac Cath Lab and document appropriately.
• Collaborate with physicians and health team members.
• Provide and coordinate patient care with the team.
• Monitor patient responses to interventions and report outcomes.
• Administer medications and assist during procedures.
• On-call responsibilities with 30-minute response time.
• Maintain room cleanliness and stock of supplies.
• Transport patients as needed.
• Report equipment malfunctions and perform QC/AS as required.
• Assist in training new staff.
