Job summary

HCA Florida Blake Hospital in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Cath Lab Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Catheterization Lab team. You will provide expert patient care, assist physicians during procedures, and ensure documentation accuracy.

The role requires Florida RN licensure, a nursing diploma or ASN with BSN preferred, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1–3 years' Cath Lab experience. We offer mentorship, education support, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Florida RN license required or appropriate compact licensure
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
• AHA BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire/transfer

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, intervene and evaluate care of Cardiac Cath patients pre, intra and post procedure.
• Assist physicians in operative procedures.
• Maintain and review patients’ records including posting tests and examination results.
• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders
