Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a staff nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care across the patient lifecycle using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. Ideal candidates will have an active Georgia RN license, BLS/ACLS certification, and 1–2 years of experience in cardiology, cath lab, IR, or ED settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (Required).
• Active, unencumbered Georgia State Registered Nurse license or multistate compact license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• 1–2 years of experience in Diagnostic Cardiology, Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, or Emergency Department.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff to ensure quality nursing care.
• Operate within organizational policies and procedures and pursue professional growth and accountability.
