Job summary

MercyOne Northeast Iowa is seeking a dedicated RN to join the Cath Lab team in Waterloo. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, with supervision of LPNs and PCAs, and facilitation of communications with physicians and families.

The role requires an Iowa RN license (BSN preferred) and cardiac experience is strongly preferred. Day shift, 1.0 FTE, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., with on-call obligations.

Qualifications

• Current IA RN license required.
• BSN preferred.
• Cardiac experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care of patients.
• Supervises and coordinates care provided by LPNs and PCAs.
• Facilitates communication with physicians, families and other team members.
• Assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures in Cath Lab; cross-train into EP lab.
