Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health in Youngstown, OH invites an experienced RN to join the Cardiac Cath Lab as a PRN team member. You will assess patient status, determine priority needs, and implement intensive care plans for acutely ill patients, while maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment.

Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team is essential. The role requires one year of RN experience in telemetry, critical care, cardiac cath lab, ER, or OR, with BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of RN experience in telemetry, critical care, cardiac cath lab, ER, or OR is required.
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse must be current in the state of practice.
• ACLS/BLS certification is preferred at hire or must be obtained within specified period.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status using strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Prioritize patient problems and needs and implement care plans.
• Provide care for acute, critical patients requiring intensive medical care.
• Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment and collaborate with the care team.
• Participate in on-call coverage for emergencies and STEMI callbacks as needed.
