Job summary

Bon Secours in Virginia seeks an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab RN to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, assess patient status, and implement evidence-based interventions to improve outcomes.

Requirements include one year of RN experience in telemetry/ICU/cath lab/ER, RN license, BSN preferred, and BLS/ACLS. On-call duties apply; competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• One year of RN experience in telemetry, critical care, cardiac cath lab, ER, or OR (required).
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• ACLS and/or BLS certifications preferred; ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment, create a plan of care, implement treatment, and evaluate effectiveness.
• Administer medications safely and respond to changing patient conditions.
• Develop and perform patient care plans to improve outcomes.
• Participate in on-call system for emergencies, including STEMI responses.
