Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health in Youngstown, OH is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate and deliver comprehensive patient care in collaboration with the care team. This full-time role involves direct patient care, on-call duties for STEMI, and adherence to nursing standards.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state or compact.
• BLS preferred before direct patient care.
• ACL S, PALS, CCRN, PCCN preferred.
• NIH Stroke Certification, RCIS, RCES preferred.
• RN with telemetry/ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions, plan and evaluate care.
• Administer medications safely per policy.
• Coordinate patient care across departments.
• Participate in on-call for STEMI with 30-minute response.
• Scrub nurse and circulator duties.
• Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Provide patient and family education.
