Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Catheter Lab at Clara Maass Medical Center in Belleville, NJ. This role supports advanced cardiac care and offers a day shift with hourly pay range and ongoing professional development.

-qualified candidates hold an active NJ RN license, BLS, and 2 years of CardiacTelemetry/ICU experience. A Bachelors degree is strongly preferred, with CCRN/CEN certifications a plus and EPIC EMR exposure.

Qualifications

Active New Jersey RN license in good standing is required.
AHA BLS certification is required.
2 years of CardiacTelemetry and/or ICU nursing experience.
BachelorS degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
CCEN/CCRN certifications are a plus; EMR experience with EPIC is expected.

Responsibilities

Assess patients comprehensively and intervene early as needed.
Administer medications and provide hands-on care with strong clinical judgment.
Collaborate with physicians and providers for coordinated care decisions.
Educate patients and families clearly to support informed care decisions.
Document accurately in the electronic medical record to ensure continuity.
Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and ensure effective communication.
Work in a collaborative team with shared accountability and growth opportunities.
