Job summary

MultiCare Pulse Heart Institute in Spokane is seeking an experienced Cardiac RN to join the Cath Lab team. This role utilizes specialized training and a multidisciplinary approach to patient care within a world-class cardiovascular program.

We value nurses who contribute to clinical decision-making and professional development, supporting a culture of ownership and collaboration across the care team. The position offers a full-time schedule with 10-hour day shifts and required night/weekend

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or MLS.
• BSN preferred.
• Current BLS/ACLS Certification.
• Three (3) years of recent clinical experience in specialty area.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• Utilize nursing knowledge to deliver care using the nursing process per hospital policies.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care and patient experience.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and staff.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting patient autonomy and dignity.
