McLaren Health Care in Michigan is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver quality nursing care using the nursing process within a patient-focused care model. You will collaborate with the healthcare team to meet professional standards and hospital policy, directing activities to support patient/family centered care.

Required: Associate Degree in Nursing, Michigan RN license, and BLS; preferred: BSN and ACLS. Schedule is full-time with variable hours and on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse license.
• BLS certification required.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and ACLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Assesses the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of the patient.
• Plans and implements nursing care according to patient and family needs.
• Makes appropriate interventions based upon individual patient needs.
• Evaluates patient responses to nursing interventions.
