Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a staff nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care across the lifespan, using established nursing processes and within organizational policies. The role includes coordinating patient care activities and maintaining standards of practice.

Requirements include an accredited nursing program graduate, active Georgia RN license (or compact), BLS and ACLS, and 1–2 years in cardio/ED settings. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Active Georgia RN license (or multi-state compact).
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• 1–2 years of experience in Diagnostic Cardiology, Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, or Emergency Department.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff and ensure quality care.
