Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking an experienced RN for the Cardiac Cath Lab to join our team on a 13-week contract. The role requires ACLS certification, RN license, and critical care experience. Impella/IABP experience is required, with call patters and 12-hour day shifts.

The candidate will work in a Level A main hospital’s Cardiac Cath Lab, providing high-quality patient care, collaboration with the lab team, and adherence to unit policies. Training and on-site support are available.

Qualifications

• RN license required; ACLS certification required.
• Critical care and Cardiac Cath Lab experience preferred.
• Experience titrating drips independently.
• Impella and IABP experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform left and right heart cath procedures per unit policy.
• Assist in cath lab procedures and provide peri-procedural care.
• Monitor patient status, manage lines and equipment during shifts.
• Collaborate with physicians and support staff to ensure patient safety.
