Job summary

A reputable travel nursing agency is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiovascular Laboratory to provide direct patient care for adults and geriatrics. The role involves monitoring vital signs, communicating with physicians, and supporting performance improvement activities. Candidates must have an RN license, ACLS, BCLS certifications, and clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab. This is a 13-week contract in New Jersey offering valuable healthcare staffing benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Active state Registered Nursing (RN) License required.
• Current BCLS (AHA) and ACLS certification upon hire and must maintain current status.
• One year of clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab or Critical Care area required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor physiologic and hemodynamic data during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Continuously assess and record patients' conditions in the Cardiovascular lab.
• Assist with equipment maintenance, inventory management, and supply acquisition for procedures.
• Ensure all appropriate needs of the Cardiovascular Laboratory team are met.
