Job summary

Beloit Health System at Beloit Memorial Hospital is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our Cardiac Cath Lab team. The Radiologic Technologist – Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of radiologic technology.
• Must have active WI License and current ARRT.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
• High degree of self-motivation and commitment.
• Meet 12 hours of continuing education per year.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute Cardiac Catheterizations, Interventional IR and EP procedures, and related exams.
• Greet patients professionally and ensure delivery of quality care.
• Maintain neat and accurate records and document cardiovascular cases.
• Scrub, pan the procedural table, and monitor cases with appropriate safety.
• Assist in ambulatory care areas as assigned by RNs or Clinical Manager.
• Contribute to quality control and assurance checks.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are available; participate in education and radiation safety.
