Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited or approved Radiologic Technology program.
• Illinois hires must be students from an accredited radiology program and in 2nd year of clinical training.

Responsibilities

• Supports imaging technologists with preparation of patient and examination room prior to, during, and following imaging procedures.
• Verifies patient identification using two identifiers and explains procedures.
• Assists patient in preparation for exam and transferring patients to and from exam rooms.

Education
