Sierra Medical Center, part of Universal Health Services, is a 170-bed acute care hospital providing 24/7 ER, cardiology, oncology, labor and delivery, level II NICU, and surgical services. The RN in Pre/Post Cath lab will deliver direct and indirect patient care around cardiac procedures, collaborating with physicians to ensure safe, compassionate care in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires Nevada RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and at least two years of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Nevada RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in Pre/Post Cath lab.
• Assist in bedside procedures including cardioversions and transesophageal echocardiogram.
• Document patient data, nursing interventions and responses accurately.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physicians and staff as appropriate.
• Maintain Cath lab equipment and inventory per policies.
