Job summary

Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cath Lab in Reno, NV. You will provide direct patient care before, during, and after cardiac and vascular procedures, addressing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs of patients in the procedural environment.

You will monitor hemodynamic data and collaborate with the team to ensure patient safety. This 12-week assignment offers full-time days with a gross weekly pay range of 2,570.80 to 3,256.00 dollars.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN License.
• BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintenance.
• ACLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Minimum of one-year Cath Lab experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after cardiac and vascular procedures.
• Address the physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs of patients in the procedural environment.
• Monitor and record hemodynamic and physiologic data, responding promptly to changes in patient condition.
• Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures, including cardiac catheterizations, pacemaker insertions, and angioplasties.
• Prepare, assess, and maintain procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies for each case.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all regulatory and hospital standards.
• Participate in performance improvement and quality assurance activities to enhance patient safety and departmental operations.
• Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
