Qualifications

• RN, RT or RCIS licensure is required.
• Current BLS and ACLS through American Heart Association is required.
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing, Radiology or Cardiovascular program.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the organization and scheduling needs of the cardiac cath lab.
• Oversees the day-to-day clinical aspects related to the cath lab.
• Communicate with Cardiologists about patient care as needed.
• Participates in and develops performance improvement measures.
• Assist in the planning of departmental budget and financial accountability within the department.
• Coordinates educational classes to meet annual competency requirements.
