Job summary

Qualifications

• Current State license for Registered Nurse is required.
• Completion of Nursing Program at accredited institution is required.
• 2-3 years physician office experience preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in clinical care for cath lab procedure scheduling.
• Coordinate and schedule procedures with the cath lab, ensuring labs or diagnostic testing results are completed, reviewed by physician and available.
• Communicate and educate with patients; act as liaison between the physician, cath lab staff and patients.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and perform post-op site checks.
