Job summary

Advocate Health Care in Charlotte is seeking a skilled Cardiac Cath Lab professional to coordinate planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care in a busy lab. You will ensure regulatory compliance and promote a safe, high-quality patient experience.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate degree (Bachelor's preferred), is a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, and has 2+ years in the Cardiac Cath Lab with BLS/ACLS.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist credential required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Cardiac Cath Lab.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Previous management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care in the lab.
• Ensure lab operations comply with regulatory standards and policies.
• Promote staff development through education and performance evaluations.
• Assist with procedures and administer medications under physician supervision.
• Participate in performance improvement to improve outcomes and cost efficiency.
• Oversee EP, Pediatric Team Leaders, and other areas when supervisor is absent.
• Coordinate risk management and medical device analysis, including recalls.
