Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years in a cardiac cath lab or EP lab leadership role.
- Minimum 5 years of overall management experience.
- Experience leading large-volume labs (4–5 labs).
- Strong critical care or high-risk care background.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of a large cardio cath/EP lab program.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of lab staff.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Develop budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Drive quality improvement and patient outcomes benchmarking.
- Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership on growth.
