Experience:

Special Requests:RTO must be listed at time of submission.Assignment length may vary: 13 or 26 weeks.Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer. Only 1 time off request per 13 week assignment.All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details:Adult and geriatric patient population.Diagnostic Cardiac Cath, Interventional Cardiac Cath, STEMI, IABP, Impella, Tandem Heart, and Structural Heart cases including PFO, TAVR, and Mitral Clip.Interventional Radiology cases include lines, drains, embolizations, lower/upper extremities, fistulas, visceral angio/intervention, and stroke thrombectomy.Neurointervention.CRM device implants.

Shift & Scheduling:Call required: 1 shift per week and every 4th weekend.Some Saturdays are required for regular shifts; this will not be an extra shift but part of the 4 scheduled shifts for the week. Every 4th weekend on call.

Floating Requirements:May float to IR, EP.
