Additional Details:
Preferred Skills/Experience:General procedures (angiography, angioplasty, arterial line insertion, coronary angioplasty, CTO, intra-aortic balloon, Impella, intravascular ultrasound, pan table, stent placement, thrombolysis, venography, wave wire), hemodynamic and other calculations, right and left heart catheterization, structural heart procedures, vascular interventional (contrast administration, emergency procedures, peripheral, thoracic, PE), and EP studies preferred. Will train if needed.
Unit Details:Adult and geriatric patient population.Common diagnoses/treatments include STEMI, NSTEMI, and heart disease.Uses Cath Lab Suite and Merge Hemo.
Shift & Scheduling:Weekend on-call. Must punch in within 30 minutes when called in. Amount of call depends on team size.
14 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years
Driver’s license required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
