Qualifications

• Masters level degree REQUIRED.
• RN license REQUIRED and NPD-BC certification REQUIRED.
• BLS within 90 days of hire.
• 3+ years RN clinical experience REQUIRED.
• Experience in EP Lab or Cath Lab preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs for nursing staff.
• Design training materials and conduct in-service sessions.
• Provide mentorship to clinical teams and foster professional development.
• Teach advanced clinical skills and promote evidence-based practices.
