Sentara Norfolk General Heart Hospital is seeking a Nursing Professional Development Specialist for the Cath Lab and EP Lab in Norfolk, VA. This RN educator will develop, implement, and evaluate education programs for nursing staff, design training materials, and mentor teams to ensure adherence to evidence-based practices.

The role requires a Masters degree, RN license, ANCC NPD-BC certification, and 3 years of clinical RN experience, with EP/Cath Lab experience strongly preferred.

Formación

• Masters level degree required.
• RN license required.
• ANCC NPD-BC certification required.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• 3 years clinical RN experience required.
• Experience in EP Lab or Cath Lab preferred.
