Job summary

St. Luke’s Hospital in Missouri is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to lead the nursing team, coordinate care plans with the multidisciplinary unit, and ensure smooth operations in the Cardiac Cath or EP Lab.

You will assist with scheduling, staff development, and performance monitoring while maintaining 24‑hour division coverage and acting as manager when the Nurse Manager is unavailable.

Qualifications

• RN with 2 years of current experience in Cardiac Cath or EP Lab.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and communicate the patient’s plan of care to the multidisciplinary team.
• Manage staff scheduling, staff development, and performance monitoring.
• Promote teamwork and ensure 24‑hour division management coverage; act in absence of the Nurse Manager.
