Job summary

Ascension St. Vincent Indianapolis is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Advanced Heart Care team on the 48-bed Progressive Cardiac Care Unit in Indianapolis.

This full-time night shift role requires Indiana RN licensure, BLS, and prior hospital experience. The department delivers advanced cardiac care, including heart failure, arrhythmias, CAD, STEMI, and post-procedural support, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BLS certification within 1 month of hire.
• RN license for Indiana.
• Hospital or healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for adults on a 48-bed Progressive Cardiac Care Unit.
• Support management of heart failure, arrhythmias, CAD, ACS, STEMI, and pulmonary hypertension.
• Assist with procedures such as pacemaker/defibrillator placements and post-catheterization care.
• Provide pre-surgical care for major cardiac surgeries and complex interventions.
