Ascension is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Services unit at the Carmel, IN location. The PRN Nights shift requires coordinating care across disciplines, implementing care plans, and ensuring accurate documentation.

A BSN is not listed; a nursing diploma and Indiana RN licensure are required, with BLS current and ACLS preferred for advanced cardiac care. Responsibilities include discharge planning collaboration with the team and adherence to physician orders while delivering

Formación

• Current RN license in good standing (Indiana).
• BLS certification required within 1 month of hire. ACLS preferred and may be required for certain cardiac units.

Responsabilidades

• Follows physician and nursing orders and documents accordingly.
• Assesses discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
