Job summary

Oklahoma Heart Hospital in Oklahoma City seeks a Nursing Assistant or Patient Care Partner to join our heart-centered team. You will perform a variety of patient care duties under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, helping with ADLs, comfort measures, and patient safety.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, completion of a CNA/MA/PCA program, and a current BLS certificate. Prior acute-care experience is preferred; opportunities for teamwork and growth are strong at OHH.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED preferred.
• CNA or similar program completion preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Basic EKG skills required within six months of employment.
• Six months to one year of continuous experience in an acute healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer patient care under RN supervision.
• Maintain a safe and comforting environment.
• Interact with patients, families, physicians and staff.
• Perform tasks including ADL assistance and 12-lead EKG.
