Cleveland Clinic Main Campus in Cleveland, OH is hiring a Patient Care Nurse Assistant for the Cardiovascular Stepdown unit. This full-time, days shift (7:00am-7:30pm) involves 24-bed unit care for cardiac patients and overlap with med-surg needs. Weekend/holiday rotations apply.

As a PCNA, you will support RNs, monitor vitals, assist with personal care, and help maintain a safe, healing environment on a fast-paced cardiovascular unit with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• BLS Certification through AHA or Red Cross.
• Nursing students: BLS Certification through AHA or Red Cross.
• Military experience as HM/Combat Medic/4N0X1 considered.

Responsabilités

• Provide or assist with patient care under supervision of an RN, including taking vital signs, assisting with personal care, dressing changes, and applying external monitoring devices.
• Report abnormal findings or changes to an RN.
• Keep patients' rooms clean and orderly.
