North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our team serving Baptist Memorial Health Care in Germantown, Tennessee. The position offers a rare 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule, a thriving cardiac practice, and a comprehensive compensation package including a $600K salary and a $100K sign-on incentive.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical college.
• Cardiac Fellowship completed.
• Board certification/eligibility in anesthesia.
• TE E proficiency required.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitoring of the patient’s physiological condition and interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
