Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking a Cardiac Anesthesiologist for Mon Health Medical Center in West Virginia. You will provide comprehensive anesthesia care across diverse cardiac and general procedures, starting with thorough pre-anesthesia evaluations and detailed planning.

The role requires an MD/DO and a Cardiac Fellowship, with TEE proficiency and U.S. medical licensure. A generous package includes a $600K base salary and a $100K sign-on, plus a 2 weeks on/1 week off schedule.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Cardiac anesthesia fellowship completed.
• Current physician license to practice medicine in the United States.
• ECFMG certification and FLEX.
• Residency in anesthesia completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss individualized anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor physiological status and perform necessary interventions.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
