Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our established team. This role features a unique 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule and exceptional compensation, with a chance to enjoy roughly half the year off while maintaining a rewarding career.

Base salary is substantial, plus a sign-on incentive and a comprehensive benefits package including malpractice coverage and loan repayment options.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited College of Medicine.
• Cardiac Fellowship completed.
• TEE proficiency is required.
• ECFMG and FLEX credentials obtained.
• Active physician license to practice medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor patient status and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
