UC Health is hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the Cardiac Acute Care unit at the UC Medical Center. The Clinical Shift Supervisor ensures excellent patient care, maintains expeditious patient flow, and supervises nursing staff.

The role involves input on staff evaluations and cost containment, as well as strong leadership and interpersonal communication to support patient satisfaction and departmental goals.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license to practice nursing.
• Leadership experience with supervising nursing staff preferred.
• Ability to manage staff evaluations and performance feedback.
• Experience supporting cost containment and resource management.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and patient-centered focus.
