Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with night-shift experience in acute cardiology settings.
• Proficiency in telemetry, rhythm assessment and medication administration.
• Ability to educate patients and families and participate in care planning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments on the cardiology unit, including post-procedural and telemetry patients.
• Perform rhythm and hemodynamic monitoring and respond to abnormal findings.
• Administer medications accurately and document care in the EHR.
• Develop and update care plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Provide patient and family education to support understanding and adherence.
