Securitas Security Services is seeking a Card Administrator / Systems Administrator to support Citizens Bank security operations at our Johnston, RI location. You will manage access control systems, process badge requests, and troubleshoot system issues to uphold accurate security data.

The role requires familiarity with Lenel, CCURE, Genetec or similar platforms, plus strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced command center environment with collaboration

Position Summary

Securitas is seeking a highly motivated Card Administrator / Systems Administrator to support security operations at Citizens Bank. This position is responsible for managing access control systems, processing badge and access requests, troubleshooting system-related issues, and ensuring the integrity of security databases.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with access control platforms such as Lenel, CCURE, or similar security management systems. While the badge-access process can be trained, candidates must be comfortable navigating security systems, investigating issues, and working independently in a fast-paced command center environment.

In addition to technical skills, we are looking for someone who will be a strong cultural fit within the existing team. Professionalism, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.
