Job summary

Apple Federal Credit Union in Fairfax, VA is seeking a detail-oriented Card Services support specialist to ensure compliance with Visa Debit and credit rules and to deliver accurate daily processing and member assistance.

Under supervision, you will handle daily reports, help desk tickets, dispute processing, and account settlements, while upholding The Apple Way principles of teamwork and service. A high school diploma and 2+ years in a financial institution are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years financial institution experience.
• Knowledge of Credit and Debit card operations.
• Experience with Quick Assist, Velera systems.
• Dispute processing experience a plus.
• High school education or GED.

Responsibilities

• Process daily reports, posting provisional credits and reversals as indicated by card processor.
• Respond to Department Hotline and Help Desk tickets to resolve member requests.
• Review daily ATM and card processing tasks, ensure accurate GL entries.
• Assist front-line staff with card usage inquiries and issue resolutions.
• Maintain card records with appropriate flags and security procedures.
