REV Federal Credit Union is seeking a Card Services Processor to manage daily Debit and Credit card operations, ensuring accuracy and timely servicing for members. You will support internal teams through research, reconciliation, and issue resolution, while complying with BSA/OFAC requirements.
The role emphasizes attention to detail, effective communication, and collaboration across Retail, Contact Center, and Finance teams to maintain high service levels and security standards.
The Card Services Processor supports the operational execution and day-to-day servicing of REV’s Debit and Credit card programs. This position is responsible for ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and availability of member card services, while also supporting internal teams through research, reconciliation, and troubleshooting. The role requires strong attention to detail, follow-through, and effective communication. This role is accountable to complete all assigned compliance and information security training and comply with the credit union’s policies and procedures related to the Bank Secrecy Act and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
