Job summary

Centra Credit Union in Columbus, Indiana is seeking a Member Operations Card Services Specialist (Finance) to support Debit & ATM cards, ATM and Credit Card accounts. The role involves assisting with process improvements and project work within the Retail Team and across lines of business.

The starting wage is $21.88 per hour. Centra offers a comprehensive benefits package in addition to hourly compensation. Bilingual interpreters may qualify for a differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• A minimum of one year up to three years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.

Responsibilities

• Responds to Team Member and Member inquiries regarding Card Services programs including, instant Issue, Credit Card, Debit/ATM Card and ATM within established department Service Level Agreements.
• Communicates, facilitates, and manages responses to Team Members questions or identifies areas of needed education through a variety of communication tools including intranet communications, training, and team meetings.
• Promotes and actively works within the mission statement of the department, be an active participant in team meetings, maintain current cultural foundation. Collaborates with all lines of business through problem resolution and project teams.
• Identifies opportunities to make processing improvements. Assists in the development and rollout of new products and services. Conducts assigned testing for new products, services, and upgrades in Core System. Identifies any issues and escalates them through the appropriate channels in a timely manner. Follows up with additional results and findings.
