Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Card Program Administrator to manage the day-to-day administration of the Purchasing Card, Travel Card, and Fuel Card programs. The role serves as the liaison between card vendors and cardholders, and collaborates with AP, Supply Chain, and Asset Management to ensure timely processing from a Home Office in Birmingham, AL.

The ideal candidate will handle requests, training materials, and compliance reporting, while supporting special projects and ongoing program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• PCPC preferred but not required.

• Process any special temporary authorization requests.

Position Purpose

The Card Program Administrator will perform the day-to-day program administration tasks of the company's Purchasing Card (P-Card), Travel Card and Fuel Card programs. This role will act as the liaison between the card vendors and cardholders, processing all requests in a timely and professional manner. This role will work closely with the external vendor partnership as well as internally with AP, Supply Chain and Asset Management departments.
