Job summary

Mittera is seeking a Machine Operator to run and monitor printing, cutting, sorting, collating, and packaging equipment in a climate-controlled production environment in Arlington, TX. You will load materials, perform routine adjustments, and ensure output meets quality standards.

The role requires following production instructions, maintaining accurate counts, and collaborating with production and quality teams to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous machine operation, manufacturing, printing, packaging, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow production instructions and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required by the production environment.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor printing, cutting, sorting, collating, and packaging machinery.
• Set up machines according to production orders, specifications, and job requirements.
• Load paper, card stock, inks, packaging materials, and other production supplies.
• Monitor machine performance and make routine adjustments to maintain product quality.
• Inspect trading cards for print quality, alignment, cutting accuracy, color consistency, and defects.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report mechanical or equipment issues to maintenance personnel.
• Complete machine changeovers between different card designs or production runs.
• Maintain accurate production counts and complete required production paperwork.
• Keep the work area, machinery, and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures, quality-control requirements, and company policies.
• Package and label finished trading-card products as required.
• Work with production and quality teams to meet daily production goals.
• Perform other production duties as assigned.
