Omnicell is seeking a Card Press Operator to join our manufacturing team on 3rd shift. You will set up, operate, and troubleshoot a Card Press Production Line, lead line changeovers, and ensure product quality and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include color printing, equipment inspection, data reporting, and maintaining 5S/ISO/SMED practices in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have High School diploma and 2+ years on complex machinery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years on complex machinery with multiple inputs and stations.
• Experience with color printing and press operations is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate and set up the Card Press production line and maintain quality.
• Lead and orchestrate line changeovers and maintain smooth production flow.
• Inspect equipment and materials for defects and take corrective action.
• Print multi-color products and verify color accuracy.
• Provide daily data reports and meet quality/schedule standards.
• Keep work area clean and organized, follow safety guidelines.
• Support programs such as 5S, ISO, SMED, and GMP.
