Qualifications

• 2+ years on complex machinery.

• Ability to read schedules, job tickets, and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, clean up, and verify quality of each product on the designated press line.
• Lead and orchestrate changeovers on the line.
• Inspect equipment and materials to identify causes of errors or defects.
• Print multiple color products and operate related equipment.
• Provide daily data reports and meet quality/schedule standards.
• Follow all safety guidelines and participate in corporate programs (5S, ISO, SMED, GMP).
