Job summary

Omnicell is seeking a Card Press Operator for the 2nd shift to set up and operate the Card Press Production Line. The role includes hands-on operation, troubleshooting, and leading line changeovers to meet quality and schedule standards.

You will perform multi-color printing, operate web converting equipment, and provide daily data reports while following safety guidelines and corporate programs such as 5S, ISO, SMED, and GMP.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years on complex machinery with multiple inputs and process stations; graduates of a 2-year Eng Tech program considered without experience.

Responsibilities

• Control machines and processes using control mechanisms or direct physical activity.
• Set up, operate, clean up, and verify quality of each product on the designated press line.
• Lead and orchestrate changeovers on the line.
• Inspect equipment, structures, and materials to identify errors or defects.
• Print multiple color products.
• Operate continuous web converting equipment.
• Provide daily data report.
• Meet established quality and schedule standards.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions.
• Support corporate programs (5S, ISO, SMED, Preventive Maintenance, Sustainability, GMP).
• Other tasks as assigned.
