Giesecke+Devrient Payment Technology in Bolingbrook, IL, seeks an LA Metro Operator II to support card personalization operations. The role runs Monday–Friday 6:00am–2:00pm, handling initialization, card printing, carrier assembly, and mail preparation with accuracy and safety.

You will manage initialization, update logs, verify shipments, and assist with ISO work instructions. Requires a high school diploma and 6+ months in card personalization, math ability, and Word/Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; post-secondary education preferred.
• 6+ months experience in card personalization preferred.
• Mathematical ability required.
• Experience with Word and Excel preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate the initialization terminal and follow prompts to run efficiently.
• Select the correct initialization job and cardstock.
• Maintain clean, orderly work area and follow safety regulations.
• Print, fold, and insert mail pieces; verify paperwork.
• Update initialization tracker, board, and forms; sign off tasks.
• Print, fold, and seal cards and carriers as per specs.
