Qualifications

• High School Diploma; post-secondary education is preferred.
• Greater than 6 months experience in card personalization is highly preferred.
• Mathematical ability required.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast pace and demanding environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently or as a team member.
• Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Operate printing, folding, and assembling machines to prepare orders.
• Personalize and process plastic cards with precision.
• Ensure orders meet quality standards and replace subpar cards.
• Train and guide other employees on written instructions when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient production area.
